How do I purchase a gift card?
To purchase a gift card, simply select the brand and denomination you would like, and directly pay for it. You will then be prompted to enter your payment information and the recipient's email address. Once your purchase is complete, the gift card will be delivered to the recipient's email inbox as well as the your My Order section
Can I personalize the gift card?
Yes! During the checkout process, you will have the option to include a personalized message for the recipient.
How long does it take for the recipient to receive the gift card?
Most gift cards are delivered within a few minutes of purchase. However, some brands may take up to 24 hours to deliver the gift card to the recipient.
What if I need to cancel or change my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that some brands may not allow changes or cancellations after the gift card has been delivered.
Is there an expiration date on the gift card?
Each gift card has its own expiration date, which is listed on the gift card. Please check the expiration date before making your purchase.
What if the recipient doesn't receive the gift card?
If the gift card has not been delivered to the recipient's email inbox, please check their spam or junk folder. If the gift card still cannot be found, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
